Natural beef  has  a delicious beefy flavor all its own. In a world of increasingly processed food with questionable additives, natural beef is a rare find. 

 
 

ABOUT US . . .

We raise all natural beef which have not been fed hormones or antibiotics. Our beef eat hay, grass in season, brewer’s grain, pumpkins and apples.  Until the snow falls they are out on pasture only coming into the barn for grain or shelter.

WHEN...

We have our beef processed in October and November.  All beef are federally inspected (USDA # 9542) and flash frozen. Steak is sometimes available year round with a minimum purchase of 10# required.

HOW . . .

Beef are sold by the half or quarter. A quarter runs about 90 pounds package weight.  On occasion we offer a steak-only half which does not include stew beef or hamburger.  To receive an informational letter and cutting sheet, send us your name and address using “Contact us”. Know where your meat comes from.

We have drop-off points in Burlington, MA., Concord, Ossipee and North Conway, NH

 
 

PRICES . . .

Call us for current pricing for cut, wrapped and frozen beef or hanging weight beef.   A deposit of $100 per quarter is required.
